Our organization is dedicated to empowering SC/ST communities through sustainable development, capacity building, and inclusive growth. With the support of NABARD and other development partners, we have implemented a variety of impactful programs aimed at improving livelihoods, promoting entrepreneurship, and ensuring better access to education, health, and financial literacy. Below are some of our key activities:
Promotion of Farmers Producer Organization (FPO) on VegetablesSupported by NABARD-APRO, this initiative aimed to unite local farmers under a common platform to enhance collective farming practices, improve market linkages, and increase profitability through vegetable cultivation.
Seed Distribution for Seedling with ProtraysDistributed quality seeds and protrays to farmers to encourage nursery development and better agricultural practices.
Training on Shade Net Usage for 20 FarmersPractical training sessions were conducted to educate farmers on the benefits and techniques of using shade nets for crop protection and improved yield.
Awareness Program on Collection CentresConducted workshops to create awareness on the establishment and benefits of collection centres to streamline the storage and sale of farm produce.
Training in Maggam Work for 30 SHG Women MembersSupported by NABARD, this training empowered women with traditional embroidery skills, enabling them to earn sustainable livelihoods through handcrafted products.
Training in C-Pom Organic Manure for 30 SHG Women MembersConducted to promote organic farming and entrepreneurial opportunities in manure production using coconut waste.
Dutch Mat Weaving Training for 20 SHG WomenHands-on skill development sessions provided knowledge in eco-friendly Dutch mat weaving, encouraging self-employment and craft preservation.
Jackfruit-Based Entrepreneurship Training for 25 SHG WomenFocused on processing and value addition of jackfruit, enabling women to generate income through food production and marketing.
Financial Literacy ProgramEducated community members on the importance of savings, banking systems, insurance, and credit management to build a financially secure future.
Sanitation Literacy ProgramSupported by NABARD-APRO, this initiative aimed to improve hygiene practices, sanitation infrastructure awareness, and community health.
Awareness Program for 150 Unemployed Youth on Education & EmploymentAimed at guiding marginalized youth about higher education opportunities, government schemes, and employment avenues to secure a better future.
COVID-19 Pandemic ReliefDuring the pandemic, we distributed vegetables, grocery items, and daily essentials to poor and vulnerable families, ensuring food security in times of crisis.
