At our organization, we are committed to the socio-economic upliftment of marginalized SC and ST communities through impactful training, awareness, and support programs. With support from NABARD-APRO and other agencies, we have implemented the following initiatives:

🌱 Livelihood Promotion & Skill Development

  • Promotion of Farmers Producer Organization (FPO) focused on vegetable cultivation, supported by NABARD-APRO, empowering farmers to increase productivity and income.

  • Training on Maggam Work provided to 30 SHG women members, enhancing their skills in traditional embroidery for sustainable livelihood.

  • C-Pom Organic Manure Training for 30 SHG women members, promoting organic farming practices supported by NABARD-APRO.

  • Dutch Mat Weaving Training for 20 SHG women, encouraging handcraft-based self-employment.

  • Jackfruit Value-Addition Training for 25 SHG women members, introducing food processing skills and entrepreneurship.

📘 Capacity Building & Awareness Programs

  • Financial Literacy Program conducted to educate rural families on banking, savings, and credit usage.

  • Sanitation Literacy Program supported by NABARD-APRO, creating awareness on hygiene, cleanliness, and health.

  • Education & Employment Awareness Program for 150 unemployed youth, guiding them towards opportunities for career and vocational training.

  • Collection Centres Awareness Program to help farmers understand aggregation, storage, and better market linkages.

🌾 Agricultural Support & Infrastructure

  • 20 Farmers Trained on Shade Net Usage, improving productivity and reducing crop damage.

  • Seedling Promotion through Seed and Portray Distribution to empower farmers with better resources and improved yields.

🤝 Community Support & Public Participation

  • Participation in State-Level Exhibitions, showcasing rural products and community initiatives.

  • Distribution of Vegetables and Groceries to poor families during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring food security during difficult times.

Through these initiatives, we strive to create inclusive growth, self-reliance, and empowerment for SC/ST communities.
